My name is Sebastian Janke and I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, trained chef, aspiring food writer, student and a lover of good food in general.
I was born in Vienna, Austria in 1995, but grew up in a smaller town called Baden until I was 15. We then moved to Vienna where I finished high school and started to study
After about a year I realized that the financial world, despite being very interesting, wasn’t something I could have pursued for the rest of my life, so I decided to follow my passion so I moved to the UK and attended Le Cordon Bleu in London. I received my Diplome de Cuisine in September 2016, did a 5 week stage at Gordon Ramsays “Maze” in October 2016.
In 2017 I achieved a Diploma in Culianry Management “with Distinction” from Le Cordon Bleu as the first Student in 5 generations of students!
Currently I am studying International Management at MODUL University on the Kahlenberg in Vienna, Austria.
As for this blog, I am looking forward to exploring more of the culinary world that lies out there and share my finds, recipes and restaurant reviews with you!
